My last GT5P Demo post (for now), three track variations confirmed

Suzuka full, Suzuka West & Suzuka East (iirc), no mention about reverse(s).

Demo confirmed as being available midday tomorrow JPN time, so 4am here.

Excellent. I can picture one of the variations where you dive right after the first complex of corners, straight back onto the start/finish straight, but I can't remember having raced another variate on another game.

Sod reverse, its always just a cheap way to make it look like there are more circuits than there really are.

Have we any idea whether we are getting a demo with GTHD style arcade handling or of the brand new simulation model?

Is this supposed to be JP only or HK too? I'd like to think that there will be an English language HK version but I'm sure they would have mentioned that specifically if there was.

Sorry for the double post but just wanted to make sure everybody saw the date on this second one...

Recently, Sony made it known that a demo for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue will be available through Japan's PlayStation Store on Saturday, October 20. This free demo will only be available through November 11, which means Gran Turismo fans need to hop over to the Japanese store at some point in the next few weeks to try out the demo before the full version of Prologue becomes available in December.

This sneak peak will feature a total of seven cars:

• 2008 Lexus IS-F
• 2009 Nissan GT-R
• 2008 Mazda Atenza
• 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STi
• 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR
• 2008 Daihatsu OFC-1
• 2009 BMW 135i Coupe

Although there are a handful of vehicles to choose from, there will only be one course available: the Suzuka Circuit. Hopefully this will keep fans entertained as they wait for the upcoming complete release. For more information on the demo, head over to the GT Channel for a full report.

Sweet. Hmmm, i heard/read somewhere that when the complete version is available, the Blu-Ray version will include crash damage physics, whereas the dl'ed version won't - can anyone confirm this?

I thought damage was only in the full game rather than in Prologue?
