Agreed - a little more transparency is all that's required, we're not asking for source code or architecture specs.

There's no need to know the technical details, but some idea of what the issue is and time scales to a fix wouldn't go amiss. The current message coming out of Microsoft ( very quietly given that you actually have to know to go look at MN website twitter ) is that they don't really know what the issue is, and obviously they can't tell you ...

My biggest issue is I'm unable to play the, quite substantial, number of XBLA titles when there are live issues - DRM never benefits the consumer.

I wouldn't mind to much, but virtually all of my live arcade games are unplayable asw I now have an Elite and they were originally downloaded on an older 360.

So lets see. Live is bust. You've been to a review meeting. No update on live. And you're twittering about how many test chambers in portal there are and aviation laws. Nice sense of priorities there. Thats not gonna piss people off oh no....

Anyway it seems to be sorta working for me now. Logged in quickly enough to the dash but then went to play Sensi and sat at a black screen for about a minute before the game started. Presumably checking its Boned Rights Management.

Is Live bust for everyone? I was trying to get some games of PES2008, then I gave up thinking that had gotten even more bust and tried SWOS, but that failed me. They both failed in attempting to connect to players. But I saw peeps on my Freinds list playing some CoD4 online.

Maybe it's me? I don't usually suffer connection probs though.

I can only speak personally, but what tells me he's NOT busy it the fact he keeps updating his ****ing twitter site. Now, not updating it and actually be away from keyboard working, THAT is being busy.
