As seems to happen in other threads once Beavis replies to somebody, irrelevant of what it's about then Butt-Head seems to feel the need to join in for whatever reason.

Don't get me wrong I don't tend to listen to reviews for the most part (see ZombiU) but at least that game had half decent reviews mixed in with some excellent scores as well.

When something is routinely getting scores as low as this you know when to avoid like the plague.

For anyone who's not sure can't you rent it out? My local blockbusters is still trading and they do ps3 or 360 games 5 days for ?5.99. Got to be worth a punt at that if your curious.

Will wait for it to be bargain basement before getting it methinks, which will probably be a couple of weeks judging by the reviews.
Fortunately I am able to dig into a few of the powers that the good lord graced me with, the powers of self thought and personal opinion allowed me to come up with my own conclusion rather than depending on other people's opinions to decide if I would like a game or not. I seem to be one of the fortunate few left in the gaming world able to judge for themselves.

The feeling of nostalgia was great and the weapons tip, top.

now here is a sensible man - we need him, to bring rationality and perspective back to this forum

agree with everything he says (except the good lord bit)

                welcome Se7enus!

I came up with my own opinion too; the game is a pile of eye-stinging horse manure.

That's just my opinion, of course. Which I formed before the embargo lifted.

I reckon you've gotta try it out everyone, if at least to just run around the sets from Aliens with the pulse Rifle. And you get to fight in the loader. Yes it's ruddy dodgy, but hey, who cares, it says Aliens on the box.

Thank you, what happend to the good old days when you purchased a game based on what you read on the box hey? I remember these days well being born in the early 80's and I cannot really remember ever regreting purchasing any game that I chose on initiative. If a game appeals to you there are always going to be aspects of that game you enjoy, I was brought up to look at the positives in life and providing you leave that game recalling the good parts and not dwelling over its flaws you're always onto a Michael Winner.

I would like to add at this point I am inno way religious, however I do belong to numerous cults, The Evil Dead cult flows through my seamen as does the more recent and superb ever expanding cult that is Deadly Premonition. There we go, you get to learn a little bit about me at the same time, bone us.

Okkk ... Personally I wouldn't want to pay ?40 for the privilege of finding out ... I think most of the people here fall into the above category as well you know, otherwise I would have never got ZombiU, as per my last post.

You converse with the man who loved Deadly Premonition and Splatter House, thankfully we are all different.

That aside if you buy a game new for 40 English pound's the trade in value is always going to be at least 30 quid, so technically you are gifted a game poor or not for a tenner
