Looks pretty good, with the license and coop it could be amazing.

Fingers crossed for this to be at least halfway decent.
Even if it's just a solid 7/10 game I'll be happy.
I would even accept an otherwise average game boosted purely by creative use of the licence, a la Ghostbusters.
But please don't let it be irredeemable crap like AVP; I couldn't take it.

It looks like there's a resin statue of a xenomorph attacking an power loader, some extra multiplayer weapons, a firing range game mode and some extra bits and bobs about the alien infestation.

CVG has a preview for the game which includes gameplay footage.

The footage looks okay. It's one of those things where I think it has to be good simply due to its subject matter lending itself so well to games but it doesn't always work out that way, I guess.

Heard the Giantbomb crew mention the graphics were too cartoony on a recent episode. Judging from that screen they might be right. I would have thought an ultra-realistic look to the visuals would suit an Aliens game best.

Oh well at least the WiiU version is probably worth a punt now too. I would imagine it will be out by then as well. It would'nt surprise me if that was part of the reason as well.

This is a recurring theme these days though, and its really not suprising, there is no point in releasing any game between October and November at the moment as it wont get a look in, unless its very special
