Thank you, what happend to the good old days when you purchased a game based on what you read on the box hey? I remember these days well being born in the early 80's and I cannot really remember ever regreting purchasing any game that I chose on initiative. If a game appeals to you there are always going to be aspects of that game you enjoy, I was brought up to look at the positives in life and providing you leave that game recalling the good parts and not dwelling over its flaws you're always onto a Michael Winner.


I would like to add at this point I am inno way religious, however I do belong to numerous cults, The Evil Dead cult flows through my seamen as does the more recent and superb ever expanding cult that is Deadly Premonition. There we go, you get to learn a little bit about me at the same time, bone us.

Yeah, I remember buying a games like that. Based on the artwork and screen shots on C64/Amiga boxes. I can't lie though, Zapp helped me a little bit.

CVG review is up, its one of the better scores i have seen but no way am i going to part with ?40 just to find out for myself. It really is such a shame as this could have been brilliant. Maybe when its down to a tenner i will have a try.

Because it interests me mother dear and I get a mega cassette loaded with games, Text based adventures................ A lot of my mispent youth trawling through those well written delights.

I was mainly stung by the quotes on the back of Codemasters games. Text adventures are a great form of gaming, shame people rarely discuss them these days
