Not really sure if it makes any difference but I managed to set up a Eurogamer account and get a key in about 5 minutes using Google Chrome.

This is really not a good night for me with any type of gaming as it's the opening games for this year's Magners League. When there is rugby on nothing else stands a chance of getting any attention at all from me.

With the other betas there has been a new thread opened on the official forum to arrange matches and stuff but I've checked on the area for betas and there is nothing on there about it at all.

Just log in and see what options you get. Hopefully there will be the option to send invites to your friends.

Well this will really impress/annoy you. I'm downloading at 34% and I get an email from Sony with an invite to download the SOCOM beta.

It's a shame as the Sony code is linked to my PSN ID but the Eurogamer code wasn't but it was a single use code. If I'd had the email before entering the code then I could have given the spare one to somebody on here.

YAY - I got one eventually! And then when I got home, I had an email with another one (I guess I got the email because I'm involved in the PS3 beta trials) so I think what I am trying to say is...whoever sends me the first PM requesting it can have it! The race is on fellas!! Good luck
