I just want to state to any moderators reading this i am not fishing for an argument! im displaying a genuine opinion that i think comes across as an argument because its quite controversial.
Ive only just had my posting rights returned today and dont want them taking again for something this trivial.
but yea 112 honestly mate i know where you're coming from apart from vitua fighter 5 not acually got it yet but planning on very soon.
have u played budokai 3? if not i suggest getting it for the following reasons...
once you have built up a certain amount of skill on the game you feel like a god and for someone to come along and play you on that game as a newbie they have no chance for at least a week.
Having someone dive at you and then you teleporting behind them and nocking them through the air teleportin infront of them again and smashing them back the other way is something for me that compares to the feeling i get when i chainsawed someone on GoW for the first time.
but the thing that really makes this game amazing for me and the fact it never gets old when playing mates is because every move is quite simply countered if you have a good knowledge of the game. you never actually beat an oppenent by flying over and whipping them about a level its always them coming to you and you countering its kind of hard to explain but really get the game if you havent and im sure you will get it.

I think i still have DBZ on teh mega drive, but im assuming the leap to 3d has changed the way you play.
Matty D has a point with God Hand....... the most fighting fun you could have on your own. its like Killer Instinct, fighting for the lone wolf.............
Redge, me thinks you should get a PS3 (with backwards compatability) and play some 'real fighters'

You can't get better than that!
plus id be quite annoyed if id spent months mastering a game and someone came along whipped a few combo's out and beat me- just takes the point away of being good doesnt it

no i havent mate. I had a quick blast at one on the Wii, but couldnt get to grips with the wii mote.
Might hafta pick it up if you keep raving about it
What pilotwings and Joe have said is very true though, about a beginner being able to cain a novice or expert. Virtua Fighter 5 is a perfect example of this. Get it for the cocken boxen 360, and prepare to gain some knowledge

its a great dragonballz game (though i prefer that snes hyper dimension game) but as far as fighting games go ......no not even close the fighting game mechanics in the dbz games seems basic in a great fighting game each character would be distinct and have enough differences to make them play different and set them apart
anyway nuff said thats my two cents worth
