Ive been playing Batman:AA which was excellent! Didnt bother with the challenge rooms much, but got all of the riddler puzzles, and completed the main game.

Then i went onto finishing Fallout 3 mothership Zeta. Its a shame that is basicly "It" for fallout now that there are no more expansions!!

Now its a huge trade-in job for ODST and some credit for the upcoming months!

Uncharted on PS3 for me. Going through it again in preparation for the sequel. Half way through now and mopping up plenty of trophies.

Half way through Dead Space so will be returning to that once UDF is finished

I'm continuing my big Warhawk push - currently 5000 points away from 2nd Lieutenant. I've been having ups and downs but tonight I was absolutely on fire!! I dunno what happened, but on Omega Factory I went 19 kills to 4 deaths, purely dogfighting (to the tunes of Ace Combat 5 arcade mode) - all the deaths bar 1 were from random stuff like hovering up and hitting an air mine I couldn't see or smacking into a wall. I kept coming up against this one pilot who would always lose the fight- not cos of skill either, at one point he caught me napping in hover mode after killing a flag carrier.. he swooped in for the kill, hit me and exploded - I got a road kill in my favour, lol! That's the kind of unlucky stuff I am usually on the receiving end of. I could tell he had a bee in his bonnet cos he kept coming after me.. and eventually he got me (that was the 1 death that wasn't accidental).

I logged off for a bit after that thinking my performance would inevitably decline and I wanted to enjoy the moment, but after watching a movie I went back and did one round with 12 kills and 0 deaths as a footsoldier (only using the sniper rifle/air strike). Again I had one guy persistently trying to get me but he kept walking into my land mines.. I know how that feels!

Next round, Hero mode, I jumped in a plane and went 10 kills-0 deaths *again*.. then I hopped out to make sure I got the bonus points for not dying in a plane and got 2 more kills before the round ended. I can only assume the vets weren't playing tonight.

I'm sure tomorrow will be business as usual, and the numbers will all be reversed, hahah.

Currently fighting trolls and the like using the power of skulls in Puzzle Quest: Challenge of The Warlords. I'm honestly surprised how addictive it is. Quite a long game too.

This week has mainly been on the Xbox 360 with loads of Guitar Hero 5 and Rock Band 2, anda splash of Soul Calibur 4 multiplayer on the side.

Retro wise, on the 3DO I've been playing Way of The Warrior and Corpse Killer.

Finally on the Saturn it's been X-Men Children of the Atom and Marvel Super Heroes, Daytona, and Puzzle Bobble 2.

I have no money for new games at the moment and am feeling underwhelmed by my current lot so have been playing Bejewelled 2 on the 360.
Roll on payday is all I can say.

Been playing the FIFA/PES 10 demos to compare. FIFA is so far ahead of PES that it looks like a speck of dust from Konami's point of view...

However, I have this sudden urge to play Metal Gear Solid 4 after listening to this:

Such a shame that Kojima sh*t out and didn't include it because it sounds similar to something some no-name composer did way back when...

Still PGR3. After playing it (almost daily) for over 3 years I don't think I'll ever tire of playing it's cat and mouse mode. Forget Gears, forget Halo, forget Call of Duty, Cat & Mouse is the best team-game ever and has the friendliest community of players I've come across.

This week it's been an even 2 game per night rotation between:

Halo: ODST: I'm still finding the multiplayer fun but after all the praise it's had I didn't expect it to be quite as retro in design as it is. Good for a while but I don't know if it'll last me. The single player has been fun so far too though hopefully Bungie will never try a hub environment ever again.

Need for Speed: Shift: Still very early in this so thankfully I've still not encountered any of the now legendary bugs. The Car Vs Car races do seem stupidly designed though with a muchg higher difficulty and 1 car always being superior to the other. Other than that it's been very good so far.

MAG: Beta: Trying to cram an hour or so per night on this. Plays well even with the low framerate. It's all very functional and any bugs I've encountered so far have been small ones with the exception of it crashing my PS3 once. I can understand some of the Resistance 2 comparisons. Largely though the main design of the game doesn't seem to work, players rarely stick to the objectives and squad leaders have zero influence over players. It'll have its fans on release but the beta has moved me away from purchasing.

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts: Literally only done the first ten minutes. Looks stunning but now I have a file save it'll be time to switch to the original Banjo Kazooie
