I have been moving and dealing with midterms, so gaming time has been seriously curtailed for the last month. I celebrated being done with both by playing Half Life 2: Episode One for the first time.

It was actually kind of underwhelming but the trailer at the end for HL2 made me look forward to that, so I'll start it next.

Just sticking with Crackdown & Angry Birds on the IPod Touch at the moment. Crackdown keeps pulling me back, if only to find more agility/hidden orbs.

Also brought Warioware:Twisted to work for lunch-break joys. Man, that game is such an onslaught of brilliant ideas and humour. Wondrous.

Cancelled my WoW subscription, again.

Started up Star Wars: The Force Unleashed last night. Will play that through to completion at least once, might even go for Platinum if they handle the difficulty intelligently (Which playing on Sith Lord seems to suggest will be the case).

Sin And Punishment: Successor To The Skies - Which is awesome.

And a bit of Ironclad and Alex Kidd in Miracle World on the Wii with a little RayStorm HD to round off my shooter fix.

Spent a lot of time playing the Indie game, Leaving Home, this week and trying to score 150K to unlock Turbo mode. Fantastic little game. Tempted to say it's almost as good as Geometry Wars but, no, that would be an exageration.

I finished my run-through of the Orange Box and have started on Koudelka, which I'm quite enjoying. It's always a little hard dropping back a couple of generations in 3D, but it has some great sound design to make up for the murky visuals.

Super Street Fighter IV - only just picked it up and had a great time playing online last night. Brilliant!

Ketsui - yes, now I remember why I loved the PCB so much. Dream of a shooter.

Jeanne D'Arc - not played for a couple of months or so. Big mistake. Lost my stride and now pretty useless at it

Super Mario Galaxy - playing it again in anticipation of 2 arriving. I'd forgotten just how special it is.
