What has everyone been playing this week?

Just platinumed Uncharted. Crushing was stupidly frustrating in certain places but weirdly not as hard in some places as hard was!

It really is an awesome game, still looks (and sounds!) fantastic and aside from the things from "I am Legend" popping up the story is good fun too.

I'll be on to Uncharted 2 next week but not I'm pretty certain I won't have the same urge to platinum it, we shall have to see...

Uncharted 2 is most awesome - IIRC the same sort of difficulty as the first to platinum. Lucky there are only 1 or 2 poxy online trophies that are super easy. But it is a joy to play, I think I did 3 playthroughs to get everything.

If my PS3 drive hadn't had cacked itself I'd probably have played #3 by now

Completed Dead Island yesterday - It was an enjoyable romp, if a bit clunky. I want to tidy up some of the achievements and then send it back (only rented it) Not sure I can be bothered with the full 1000 though.

I'll probably drop back onto Saints Row 3 next week or even Spiderman Shattered Dimensions.

I've got Dead Island on rental too but have hardly touched it as I want to play it co-op. Elaniel had the audacity to go on holiday, Skull Commander lost interest after completing it and Smithy's copy is with his mate!

Besides, my Minecraft roller coaster isn't going to build itself...

InFAMOUS 2. I've thoroughly enjoyed it. I've got until the 25th of June to Platinum it when I go premium on BF3. Once I've done that I'm going on a massive Platinum bender. I've got too many games sitting here that I've only played halfway through etc. I'll be BF3/Platinuming from then on. I've got Wander HD in the mail, but I'm not buying any other games until I'm done with everything I have already.

Skull Commander could start a co-op with you some time this coming week if you like. Skull Commander doesn't know why he is referring to himself in the third person though...

Very robust game but I still prefer the scope and variety of Supreme Commander 2.

When I'm on it's just DiRT Showdown and Lollipop Chainsaw at the moment, trying to finish off both to free my time for Dreamcast stuff whilst there's little else out this summer.

Been playing burnout paradise today, finally completed the bike mode I'd been playing on and off since 2009 and now doing the car bit, 18% into it now. I already knew the joys of driving around the city freely on the bikes but the car bit is equally, if not more, amazing. The variety of events is very good and I can't get enough of the whole "get from a to b however you choose" - the races feel like I'm playing the fast and furious films!

Still Lollipop. I did buy a Wii for the 6th time on Sunday so have been playing Skyward Sword and Mario Galaxy 2. It's been a good week

Ohh I restarted this at the weekend too! Had done everything bar the online challenges on my Fader209 tag and really wanted to play more so popped on my other tag and got well into it again. Easily one of my favourite games of this gen.

I think the servers are still on, I haven't checked in a long time. I suppose I could download the Big Surf DLC at some point... only I would have to delete something off my HD. Some of the challenges online are kind of fun yet very frustrating if there is someone who can't do the challenge in your team.
The lamest thing about the Burnout achievements is that you can't get the full 100% if you don't have a camera to take snapshots when you do takedowns. Uber lame!

I have some PSN credit I got on the cheap so might get the island DLC, the cops and robbers pack looks cool too, all those police cars!

I agree - some of the trophies are a bit rubbish but generally I'm not too fussed about collecting them all anyway so doesn't bother me too much. On the PS3 it looks like the DLC ones are already installed as well from the off which I guess means without buying them you can never get 100% anyway
