What has everyone been playing this week?

Finished off Dirt 2 the other day and started Dead Space yesterday, enjoying it a lot so far, gonna try and get through a mission a day (it keeps the doctor away, apparently).

I think concentrating on one game at a time and getting all I can out of it before I move on to the next is definitely the best way to clear my backlog of unplayed games. If I start playing more than one at a time I won't be able to decide what to play and I'll end up playing none of them!

It's not my fault, people insist on selling them! I've only bought five games this year, so once I've finished Dead Space, and another couple of games after that, my unplayed pile will be back to how it was at the start of the year Provided I can resist the urge to buy!!!

Pretty much same again for me, just playing BFBC2 (360) and a tiny bit more of Final Fantasy XIII (PS3).

I tried the trial of Perfect Dark as well but don't think I'll be picking it up.

I had a great session of Left 4 Dead 2 last night.

It was me and two friends teamed up with some 12 year old American kid.

He was doing OK, but not really pulling his weight much. We'd agreed to to do the achievement to get the gnome to the chopper on Dark Carnival and were doing OK in the finale.

The chopper arrived and it all went south! I ran to get the gnome only to run straight into a tank. "Tank has incapacitated QualityChimp". I look over and see one friend desperately trying to save the other who was also downed.

Where was the kid? Safe and sound in the bloody chopper! Our cries of assistance were ignored and he flew off into the night as the only survivor. He was called many many many names, I can tell you. Followed by a swift kick from our lobby.

Lil douche! Ha ha ha!

He was so cowardly, we're still laughing about it today.

Isn't the idea to survive though? How could he have known you were trying for the Gnome achievement? He probably thought you were all idiots!

I finished God of War 2 on Tuesday night, and I'm not touching anything else (World of Warcraft aside, which I'm casually playing and enjoying as a Holy Priest levelling through the dungeon finder) until I pick up God of War 3 tomorrow.

Well ive been playing BBC2, MAG , FF13 and a few PSP games but i just played 30 minutes of a game i aint played in a few months and it just chills me out and brings a huge grin to my face, im talking about Flower, so put down your COD's, GoW's , BBC2, FF13 , PD, ME2 and anything else and relax in the awe of Flower.

I'm too busy to play much but casual games recently. Been playing on the wii fit, and my wife found this wierd game called sushi cat... It's a pachinko style game.

With me laid flat on my back with a horrible tummy bug, I finally found the right circumstances to invest further time in Tales of Monkey Island.

Picked up where I left off: at the beginning of chapter 3. This series really does seem to have got better as it goes along – this one was genuinely funny. The return of Murray was an absolute delight, and I hope for more of it.

Been playing nowt but Bad Company 2 all week. Been playing quite badly too but, much like Team Fortress 2, it doesn't prevent me from loving the game.

God Of war I, God Of War II, God of War III. Next week its prob the same again!

Final Fantasy 13 for me. About 6 hrs in and I'm intrigued. Plot is quite interesting although burdened with the usual high fantasy nonesense names and the combat seems indepth and I'm unlocking more and more as I go along.

Oh and the Just Cause 2 demo...played that for atleast 4 hrs. Preorder GET!

Gran Turismo PSP. Although I have advanced man-flu so I've mainly been using PlayTV for the first time since I bought it.

I've put a bit of time in on Biohazard 5 Alternative on PS3, but I can't see myself playing it for much longer as the save data merging with the original game is plain stupid.
