If you guys have problems with motion sickness you should try those acupressure wristbands that you can get at chemists and airports/service stations for people who get travel sick. I've never had a problem with any game or film but I know people who have and those have worked for some of them.
There are also things you can do to minimise it, like playing in a well-lit room and avoiding Mirror's Edge like the plague.
