Looks nice, but does it even feel like a VSHG anymore? Not trying to be a dick, just curious!

I really, really want to get the new Hori Fighting Soul stick. If anyone knows anywhere I could pre-order one (other than the Hori store, before anyone posts the obvious ) I would be hugely grateful.

It doesn't in that I don't have to reconfigured my buttons, but in terms of playing it feels the same.

Had a brief go on a few titles and my inputs were near flawless, the form factor is perfect. Astro City layout + close stick is a winning combo.

Quite like the look of that carbon vinyl finish. I have one of those WWE SE sticks I've been intending to strip and convert for STG use but I can't find decent high-res R-Type artwork anywhere. Carbon vinyl might be a good last resort, so I can not see the Rock's face leering at me.

Very easy to apply, there was no bubble either as the air can escape - I think.

I used a hair dryer to make sure it was secured on. Still have quite a lot left. lol

One of Zavvi's web ads alerted me to what appears to be ~70% off a Hori Real Arcade Pro stick. Very little information on their site otherwise (not even the manufacturer's name). Still, if legit (and if the sticks are even still available - they seem to be on backorder) it'd be quite a deal.

I already have a Tournament Edition S Fightstick, would it be worth picking this up as a back-up? Or am I better off saving up for the QanBa Q4RAF mentioned earlier in the thread?

It's been about a year since the QanBa Q4RAF was released. Can any current owners of the stick confirm that the stick's apparent quality has held up? I'm looking for a companion for my TE S stick and the stick/carry bag combo looks pretty attractive.

I have some artwork on the way for my HRAP. It's hand drawn. What's the best way to get it onto my stick? I'm a bit clueless!

Try a nose on neo empire. There are loads of guys on there who have been doing custom art. Tge easiest Way would be top swap the top plate for an acrylic one and put the are behind it. If its a heap three you have then two pieces of acrylic will do the job and sandwich the art between them.

Yeah, it's an HRAP 3. So get 2 bits of acrylic to the right size, artwork between them and then screw it back down?
