I'm in the same boat mate. Sent them an email - not sure if 9 days is considered late for this company... £4 for some buttons and a ball I'd expect to have the parts by now being in the UK and all...
EDIT -
Apologies for the delay with response but there has been very high demand for Sanwa parts, due to the release of SFIV It has not been possible to respond to all the emails as quickly as we would have liked and there have been delays with despatch. Thank you for your patience.
Your order has now been packed and will despatch today with Royal Mail.Last edited by spagmasterswift; 26-02-2009, 10:15.

Yep, it's definitely square. I was trying one yesterday.
Got my HRAP3 this morning, so I'm going to try an octagonal gate in it and see which I prefer. I didn't particularly like the circular gate on the X-Arcade, but octagonal seems like it might be a happy medium. That said, I've been doing pretty well with the square gate in the TE stick over the last week.
Don't like the feel of the Hori buttons much. They're quite stiff and spongy compared to the Sanwa in the TE stick. I'm glad I have some replacements ready to go in.

You can use Seimitsu buttons, yes. The difference is mostly down to preference, really. Sanwa are supposed to be a bit lighter (you can trigger them by just brushing them, near enough). More info than you're likely to need here.Originally posted by Geoff D View PostOrdered from them last week - order arrived in exactly 1 week
Cheers for the link James - makes things a bit clearer!
Stuck an order in with arcadeshop.de this morning. I sent them an e-mail with a question and got a response within the hour so initial impressions are good.
One thing to mention is that if you place an order with them (& pay by Payal) is that the payment status of the order will still display as 'waiting for payment' for a short while after payment has been made. Jan @ arcadeshop mentioned that the payment side of things isn't automated yet so they need to manually update your order to 'paid' after they receive a payment notification e-mail from Paypal.

I put GTY's in my cab and it was fine for capcom games but I found when I was playing KOF99 MVS I couldn't do Kyo's HCB moves for the life of me, it was maybe 10% success rate. I rebuilt the stick thinking it had a dodgy microswitch, even swapped the sticks around, last thing I tried was putting the old square restrictor plates back on, and just like that, back up to 95%. The octagonal plates are fine, and good for most people but I find if you're used to qcf motions on a stick you really don't need them.
When facing the right (left side) I get my supers like 30% probably..
When facing the left (right side) I can pull off more like 75-85%.
This kinda puts me off of sticks entirely for competitive play. I have no issues like these with a pad.
I'm wondering whether an octagonal gate would improve this..
