I'm pretty sure they advertised it as coming with DLC even before 25/11, i preordered 3/9, can't find any mention of it on my emails though but if they refuse gonna just keep asking them and argue the same point.

Hope you guys dont mind but i have copied each of zavvi's responses from you into another email to them to highlight the fact that they have no clue, and are dis-incentivising anyone from pre-ordering. It might be worth all of us doing the same

i to have gone through all the bs with zavvi. i pre ordered the limited edition when they first advertised it at the 17.99 price, though the dlc code was on the accounts page i never screen captured it. to be told that i wont get the dlc as i preorder to early is bull, and i have spoken to trading standards about this and under the distance selling regulations it the product is list as having those parts it has to be provided as such, regardless of wether it is there mistake or not. if they cant provide then they have to refund the cost of the missing elements. so if you have a screen capture or invoice with the dlc mentioned on it then hit them for it, you'll either get a code, ms points to meet the points costs, or the ms points equalivant refunded.
on a more personal note, If it is first come first then it should be, as it clearly isnt. if like other retailers zavvi get their stock allotments based on preorders then they only got the allotment because of those early preorders who they shafted by not giving dlc codes.
I for one will now not be buying anything from zavvi and have cancelled my outstanding orders about £70-£80 and have pulled all my details and will closing my account.

I pre-ordered my copy of the LE from Zavvi on the 4th of September. TBH I don't recall if it was supposed to include any free DLC and the e-mail receipt I've got doesn't have any detail at all as to what was to be included. Can anyone confirm that the DLC code was advertised around the beginning of September? If it was then I'll pursue it with Zavvi. Otherwise I guess I'll just stump up for the DLC myself.

I understand that you are annoyed at not receiving a code, I would be too. But the
offer would not have been shown on your initial order as it was from 03/09, before
the promotion began. My reply yesterday was what I was told by my manager after I
asked if there was any way to get one out to you.

After doing a little bit of searching, I've found that apparently all DLC for this
game will be discounted from 20/12 to 10/01 on the XBL marketplace. Makoto will be
discounted to 320 MS points during this time, I know this isn't the same as "free"
but unfortunately there is nothing more I can do.

I am really sorry about this.

Well just ordered my LE copy from shopto.net for ?19.85 on the 360. So looking to giving this some loving over Christmas assuming it gets posted ok!

The DLC is already on sale, though this bothers me as well because the EU marketplace only has the character DLC yet none of the extra unnessercary stuff. I don't know about anyone else but there's no way I'm playing Score Attack with every character just to unlock their Unlimited Form.

I would gladly pay 240 points for Unlimited Taokaka. I tried her in Legion and she is godlike.

Legion plays like a stratergy game where you need to take over forts. Each army you defeat allows you to take one character for yourself. Unlimited characters can also be taken and used.

The gag reels in this game are amazing. I was in hysterics at Jin going crazy

I attempted to select the second option down as I wanted to save but it exited and I lost my progress..

The JP game is entirely in japanese to my dismay. Should have waited an extra 3 weeks for the US version really.

First option is save, I think. In Japanese it should read セーブ
