They normally won't do that sadly (at least in the branch I preordered my 3DS in when they added games to their launch bundle for no extra money). Had to get the manager involved and after 5 minutes I'd just about succeeded in canceling it for my deposit back. No wonder they're in difficulty!

If they give me any issues over it I'll definitely be cancelling all the Vita stuff I've got preordered with them. I'm not fussed enough about the Vita to cave on it and def not being penalised for ordering early

E3... PSP HD Collections on Vita... you know it's coming

Didn't know the right thread for this but Sony has released firmware 4.10 for PS3 which finally (finally!) updates the web browser after 4-5 years.

It's a small change in a fairly chunky file so I'm assuming it makes the PS3 browser more like the Vita one.

It's unfortunate that you suffered the above but that wasn't then, nor now, at all representative of company policy let alone the common sense that would be applied by staff in the rest of the stores.
