I'd say the pics look a lot better than what the PSP can do but the game doesn't look too hot. I fully expect the PSP2 will be able to do PS3 level graphics to the same extent the PSP could do PS2 level graphics. i.e, rarely very well. It's no doubt look good as stuff like Uncharted does but we're not going to get the full on impact of the full consoles visuals from the format.

EA have mentioned a handheld/mobile release for Battlefield 3 and Mass Effect 3 which CVG have stupidly interpreted as meaning that as well as potentially PSP2 the games might also be coming to iOS and 3DS despite the systems being incapable of running them. They might have crappy tie in games under the same name but the realest possibility is a port of the PS3 code on PSP2

I'd love to see a 2011 release as I'm really looking forward to the machine, but it would be in their best interests to not pull a Nintendo and forget to have the games ready as well. It'll be interesting to see what NGP games are at E3, because we will probably have a good idea about what launch titles to expect.

As far as I can tell they've halved the ram is all. Devs will moan of course but 256mb is still as much as ps3 has so it shouldn't be a reL issue. No in built storage either now. Never mind, I'm sure my m2 cards will still work right? Sony? You wouldn't dare introduce yet another card format would you?! ;-)

Same amount of ram in a console with a lower res than the PS3 and less grunt? Don't really see that much of an issue. Smartphones have huge amounts of ram because of bloaty OS' and incredibly slow flash memory. We can probably expect the flash on the NGP cards to be pretty speedy.
VRAM is seemingly worse but it has 1/4 of the pixels to fill so the frame buffer will take up less space and textures will don't need to be as large (they won't be as large as PS3 textures anyway because of the limits to flash memory size)
