I like how he writes it as SONY. Imagine how much hassle that must be to keep capitalising the word SONY. Imagine how many times he must have forgotten and had to go back and fix it?

Is that magistrate out of his tiny mind? How can there possibly be any justification for that?
edit: From the wired link: "One is to prove the “defendant’s distribution” of the hack. The other involves a jurisdictional argument over whether Sony must sue Hotz in his home state of New Jersey rather than in San Francisco, which Sony would prefer. He's apparently just there on holiday (although you have to wonder how he can afford that kind of holiday given he was asking people to donate cash to him to fund his legal defense...)
But it's the 'deliberately damaging the hard drives before handing them over' that's going to bite him. If the judge is in the mood, that's a perjury charge right there.
