I second that, this thing is going to take the world by storm. I would sell my right kidney for one right now. A comment in the 3DS thread made me laugh that someone was so excited to get it they were scared they would die in a car crash before it was released.

How is everyone not blowing up over this?? Seriously? It's a really powerful handheld, like PSP powerful, only with GOOD games as well as reknowned CLASSICS that you actually want to PLAY over and over and over! And in 3D!!! How is that not good?

I couldn't give a **** about MGS, Assassins Creed or SF4, or any 'new' games, or even 3D films which I blow up over anyway but I'm not even including them in this equation because I don't need to. All it needs is Starfox(64), Mario(yes, even 64 again but in 3D), and maybe F-Zero and I'm sold.

I still play games on my SNES and N64, this week has been about DKC and Mario 64. If I can play them on a handheld, in 3D, or in buffed up HD (ala Perfect Dark) then which am I going to choose?

All you have to do is dabble with the occasional Nintendo masterpiece outside of your core retro affixation, just like I do, and you'll do fine.

It never, ever ceases to amaze me the number of gamers who want to rebuy the same game over and over on their newest console.

I'm looking forward to seeing the screen in action, but as someone who rarely uses his DS this is of very limited appeal to me. I imagine people will be disappointed with the screen, won't it just be one of those slit screens that people were saying look crap in the TV thread? I guess it's great when it's tiny on a Nintendo console though

Just waiting for someone to come in and say UFC 09 was actually very decent. Probably could be better with a cover system and online deathmatch though.

What 'same' game? Starfox 64? It's a masterpiece, and utterly replayable. If anything warrants to be on a handheld it's this. Only now it'll be all polished up and in 3D and everything!!!!11

I've only ever paid for it once before, and that was in 1997. I'm easy for a handheld update.
