Tbh I'm ok with the prices as long as the games are 'good' and not rehashes of titles that were rubbish to begin with. Hence Ridge Racer..
Starfox 64, good game with updated visuals, fine I'll pay.
OOT, same obviously.

I think ill stick with the £3 version of Ridge Racer on my i pod as im pretty sure they have said this is a port, unless the 3D blows me away, but even £30 on top would be pushing it.

Possible use of the in-system pedimeter to earn credits per steps for use in unlocking in-game content. Doesn't make sense to me, playing whilst walking is asking for trouble. It counting in your pocket with the power on is wasting precious battery. It counting without needing to be turned on is fine but then why not just leave it in yuor pocket and unlock everything without any gameplay effort. Seems a bit pointless.

I agree, I'm not interested in the Starfox or OOT remakes, not beacuse they are bad games but because i spent hours getting every gold beetle and gold medal in each and I can't face going back to square one on each if they aren't significantly different from the originals.

If Streetfighter, Nintencats (I love cats) and Layton review well, I think that there constitutes a very good launch line up.

I'm inclined to think Nintendo will get at least one other title out for the US/Euro release too, hopefully Pilotwings.

Im glad they finally released prices, but damn, Im still kinda shocked at the price of the software....... Import prices are gonna STUPID again....... Not really sure getting on abroad will make much of a saving with the state of the exchange rate the moment......

Im not really buying into the rehashes of older games tbh, even if they do 'pop out the screen'...... still gonna play similar for the most part.....

Still exciting though, with the launch of a new console.......... Im getting that funny feewing again...... (waits for some smart ass remark )

Aye, I think that's why Nintendo will bulk out the launch with a few more titles.

I'll buy into the remakes as I never completed either oot or starfox but I can understand why others won't. I do however think they'll constitute good value for money if it turns out they're done well. If you don't like em don't buy em etc.

I need portable OoT and SF64 out of principle alone. SF64 is probably the best portable title I can think of, ever.

I also want F-Zero X, untouched apart from the visuals. I can jump right in, unlock everything, then blitz all the tracks in TT systematically.

Good call. But I'd rather have GX given the power of the machine. I'd still take both tho.

I agree with dataDave, love to have F-Zero X with some nice new visuals. Wouldn't touch GX with a stick, hated it.

Tbh my most wanted game for the system is still probably AC. BUT only if they have actually bothered creating new things to see and do. That wii version.. wtf were they thinking!?

I really think they should make a new Mario 64 for this system. A new 3D Mario with massive landscapes to explore, unlike the linear feel of the Galaxy games. Would be really cool to play in real 3D, probably making it much easier and more fun to jump around in the world. Hell, even a simple port of the N64 game would do it for me. This console seems made for that game.
