Capcom/Gamestop are saying that this is real time. Certainly a challenger for MGS as the best looking 3DS game. Worth noting that there is very little background detail visible in it and that (like MGS) there's probably no AI and gameplay being calculated.

There is evidence these aren't bullshots. The bodies and limbs are fairly low poly and have lower res textures compared to the face. Models seem about on par overall with the RE4 ones.

It really does look amazing. Quite stunning actually!

Hard not to get excited about it really, RE4 gameplay with RE1-3 atmosphere plus some twists of its own. Only fear is that they put so much effort into the visuals and getting it out that the game ends up being too short.

Would love it if they did an RE2 style second scenario system.

Anyone played the demo with Mercenaries? I know it's really short but the visuals were incredible and I get the feeling the atmosphere is going to be immense. I was freaking out just fighting two of those zombies at once.

really looking forward to this, ditto the comments about it's awesome graphics. Hopefully it gets ported to Vita, be nice to play it on a usable console...

Still I made the stupid mistake buying a 3DS so I'll deffo get this.

i had a go of the demo at Hyper Japan. Was great until i went into the room full of fog... the frame rate dropped to about 20-25fps. I hope it was just an early build as i love Resi and i'm looking forward to this
