I think I'll just play it safe and have my ears amputated.

So what's everyone's Radio1 style favourite game? Mine's Call of Duty. Well, it's not, but it was really popular when it came out. You get a team of 11 guys, and the other people have a team of 11 guys, and you have kick a ball around and try to get it in the other team's net to get a point, and the winner is the one with the most points after a certain amount of time. It was the first game ever that was played in space.

I remember when Space Invaders first came out and I used to play it for hours - it was the first game where you could input commands like "Go North" and "Pick up sword" and there was loads of clever puzzles. It's a shame that point and click titles like Bubsy the Bobcat and Sonic the Hedgehog came along and replaced it.

I remember this game, proper old skool it was. You had to run and jump on things and ****. And when you hit a brick with your dome, like magic mushrooms came out and made you all big and ****. It's on the tip of my tongue bro. Great Giana Sisters. And ****.
Too accurate though, think I missed the point.

Halo for me. Revolutionary in so many ways, such as in being the first ever so-called 'first shooter person' where you had to hide from the enemies and sneak around instead of taking them out head on, and also for its introduction of full analog control where you waved the controller about instead of pressing buttons - an initiative which had failed dismally on Super Mario 32 which was released the same year. Unfortunately it got bad press due to black zombies.

EDIT: I think it might've been Pac-Man actually.

And the greatest game of all time....OF ALL TIME.....is.......Pong!
This game is a classic. I remember, like, when it first came out in arcades. It was completely revolutionical. The cabinet it came in had a special, like, smell box that would fart out this horrible whiff if you played badly at the game!
The funny thing is, people still kept on playing it. Maybe it's because gamers tend not to use soap very much so they got used to it, but other people, they would play it too! It was also, like, the first game to use graphics, which was a big thing for games at the time.
