I've not once said I'm not buying the console. The DRM stuff sounds like a train wreck waiting to happen, but always knew there'd be exclusives I would want to play and as such was always expecting to buy one. If this turns out as an exclusive I can imagine it as being the catalyst for the first of many 'boycott now' types to sell outOriginally posted by nakamura View Post

Tried giving the TTs a go this evening. The mirrors edge server is not available at this time. Please try later. FU EA. have they shut the servers for this already? It must have been a temporary Live glitch. All is fine this morning.
Apart from the times that have gone crazy. I'm on 53s on playground one, but the world best is now 33s. He seems to be bouncing at an incredible speed. Anyone know how this is done?Comment

I love Mirrors Edge. I must have spent hours per Time Trial trying to perfect my run and it's one of about 20 games from this generation that I've held on to. I absolutely won't be buying an Xbox One for it though, so hopefully it's at worst a timed exclusive and I'll pick up on PC/PS4 the following year. In all honesty, I'm not ruling out buying the console later in its life when it's reduced - I've bought all of them over the last 18 years but then I've gained 2 children and a mortgage since the start of the last gen!Comment

Apparently it's a reboot and starts at the beginning of Faith's journey. Can't wait for this, although they have said it's only in the early stages.Comment
