Being the Resident Evil fanboy that I am, I'll be all over this. But what I really want is a Resident Evil 2 remake.

I'll dig out the Gamecube to play Resident Evil 1 remake and Resident Evil Zero too...

If the PSN price tag is decent enough I'll give it a go though the price tag on Resi 1 on PSN is worrying. Pretty disappointing stuff though. Certainly not a remake by any stretch, just another entry into the PS2 Collection range.

I think I may give it a miss. I really enjoyed 4 and never completed CV. I think I may just go back and play it on the Cube (or Dreamcast) rather than get this.

Capcom seem to just be trying to fleece their customers lately with DLC that's overpriced and already on the disc (IE: MVC3), not that they are the only guilty company.

I wouldn't be surprised if these were up at 1200-1600 points.

Is there a chance Remake will ever come out on another console?

I never finished CV, even though I played it three times(PAL DC, then PAL PS2, then JP DC), each time getting farther in the game than before.

It was so unnerving. That bit right near the beginning about the crazy doctor who performed experiments, and there's a body bag that moves when you leave the hut. Bloody hell, man.

I'll buy CV in a flash, but shinobi's comment has got me wishing about remake...

I've changed my mind. Gonna break out the DC this weekend and play CV properly, although I'm convinced my DC's dodgy and likes to restart randomly(drive-related, not PSU)

Code Veronica was always my favourite, the best storyline and atmosphere of the lot in my opinion. The 3D really made it so much creepier. Always found it funny how it was the one RE game that Capcom didn't make themselves that I liked the most. Since the series seems to have gone the way of action-shooter it's nice to see them showing some respect to the old style of gameplay.
