This is really is the part of the industry im starting to get really pissed of with. Why oh why do publishers feel the need to keep shoveling season passes down our throats and keep going on about DLC before the frickin game is even released. From what i have been reading about BL2 there is already plenty of content to get through before i even contemplate DLC. Just release your damn game first then wait a few months before announcing any DLC, Jesus.

Don’t get me wrong i understand that i don’t have to buy it and personally im unlikely too because after a few months i will more or less be done with BL2 and there will be other games around the corner, i only have so much playing time lol. I know, i know its all about making money but games publishers are fast becoming nothing but money grabbing bastards. Anyway rant over

There will be 4 expansions for the game, all released before June 2013.

Each will cost $9.99/800msp or a season pass can be bought for $29.99/2400msp

The series 1 action figures are out now (I got mine through yesterday) and more are on the way. Hopefully there will be a Maya or Lillith figure.

Gearbox has completed work on Borderlands 2, they're now at work on the DLC.

I played it at Rezzed too and thought it was a nice improvement over the original - which I liked, but found the combat to be overly simple and too samey. This time it didn't feel liked they've been slacking on the fps part - the environment was was more varied as were the enemy types. It also looked strunning. I've been waiting for a game to upgrade my PC for and this is it

I played this yesterday at Rezzed and had the biggest grin on my face the whole time. It looks fantastic and has loads of great new little touches like great new crate opening anims, better death sequences, fantastic looking HUD and automatically picking up money.

I played a mission where I had to defend a robot that was destroying things in the environment. It is the most standard FPS mission type but was such a big change to the standard kill everything missions from Borderlands 1.

I cannot wait for release!
