Well this is certainly getting more entertaining as it goes on.... Not only is the system running FBA as the NeoGeo emulator, it turns out there's already other emulators hidden away on there. NES, SNES, MD, GBA and PSone, apparently, along with a BIOS file. Whoops. Guess what Blaze are going to be getting from Sony for Xmas

Some news from the hack thread: Uni-BIOS has been successfully installed on the NGX, and the video output should be fixable through software, as the quality loss is in the scaling and refresh rate used by the emulator. A soft-mod that requires no opening of the handheld should be theoretically possible...

Sort of, it's still being worked on. It seems at some point a revision was made to production units and only the early inital run has the internal SD card, later models replaced the SD card with a chip. This has thrown a spanner it the works.

if anybody is interested the one from Amazon.com with pre-paid import duty and shipping costs comes in at around ?168 inc but i think the exchange rate has gotten a little better in the last few days

they use DHL and i received mine in 2 days, which is amazing service from Cincinnati
