Parts of it look better on PS3 IMO. 20fps hurts, so I don't think I'll get that version. Hopefully if there's a Wii U version it will manage 30fps.

Ubi are known for crap PC experiences, though Black Flag worked really well on my PC.

Slight aside, but I just can't be bothered with uplay. I want to play a few of their games but all anyone goes on about is how poor the whole thing is.

I think 2012 WD was pretty much the same game as we have now. The graphics have been downgraded by quite a bit but other than that its very much the same. Shootouts look a bit slicker in the video due to added bloom etc but the aiming looks to be the same stuff as does the sticky cover and boring AI. Hacking seems to be the same as well.

With 2012 graphics WD would still be a bland and boring open world game I'm sure. And probably have bugs like most other open world games.

GTA has a superior world, writing and atmosphere but I don't like their controls either. Maybe its too hard to implement Tomb Raider 2013 controls and tight driving into an open world, idk.

I would agree with this at least two issues now have been down to Uplay as in either corrupt game files or now corrupt save files.

Dunno if true but apparently a modder has hacked the PC version and found a bunch of disabled effects within the games code that once activated boost the visual quality closer to that of the original reveal. If true it doesn't help argue against the game having been scaled down by Ubi
