Cool stuff. I gave mine to my sister when I moved to Japan in 1998. Think I bought it early 1997. Anyway, she sold it in 2013 but still said it was working like new.

It's all thanks to Korean brands selling dirt cheap but the overall quality is **** compared to a top end Japanese set. No one believes me when I tell them how good my Japanese Toshiba is because all western Toshiba TVs are ass because they need to cut costs to compete with the likes of LG and Samsung. In Japan it's hard to see Samsung or LG screens and of course our TVs cost more than the UK but there's a reason for that. Quality.
