    I would imagine the "please call" just means the exact location of the parcel isn't on their system at this time so ring them if you want more specific whereabouts. You're lucky you can actually get any information, most of us cant.

      Oohhhhh. It's been updated now - loaded onto the vehicle twenty minutes ago and due for delivery between 9am and 6pm.

      Very strange that everyone's experiencing different tracking situations - mine's a Premium with Nintendo Land if that makes any difference.

        Well you say yours was picked up on the 27th and is going to be delivered on the 29th (which is not 24 hour delivery like it says it is but there you go).

        A lot of us had it picked up on the 28th (we think) so we probably won't get it till Friday now.

          ShopTo only emailed me with the shipping number today (twenty minutes after the TNT website stated that it was at the local depot), so don't give up hope

            Mine's 'Dispatching Soon', according to Amazon. I paid for first class delivery so if they get it posted tomorrow and Royal Mail don't arse about I could have it by Saturday. Otherwise I foresee a Monday delivery for me. Oh well, close enough.

            I should probably go get some games now I know I definitely have one one on the way. Mario and ZombiU will be the first two that I get. Not sure when Lego City: Undercover is out, but I'm hoping Skylanders Giants will be in the shops Friday or Saturday.

              I think the issue is we don't know when TNT actually are picking them up, if you look at the Shopto email, this line is where the issue is: 'will be dispatched with next TNT collection'

              We don't know when the next TNT collection is that's the trouble, the fact that the tracking no still doesn't work suggests to me they haven't even picked it up yet.

              The issue I have is that where I work our warehouse uses TNT for all its deliveries in and out. So I really need to know when its coming in, otherwise its going to disappear if I'm not careful. Worse still is if they try and deliver it on Saturday because there wont be anyone there.

                My tracking still comes up with nothing this morning so I guess it's not left shop to, but they sent me an email at 8am yesterday so I can't see why it wasn't collected.

                  I got the email at 8.25am yesterday and mine's not showing on shopto as well. I'm not impressed.

                      Mine was showing pick up date 27th,then 28th LLANTRISANT depot and now it's updated 29th out for delivery between 0900-1800 bloody weird system??hope to god it turns up as I've managed to swap my holiday day I've booked

                          Still no news for me :-( I thought at the very least I would get a shipped email early his morning , anyone else still waiting for dispatch from shopto ? Or am I the only one left. I seriously don't understand what they are playing at considering how long ago I pre orderd and pre paid for it all .

                              Half of us don't even know if its been shipped or not.

                              Does your order still say processing? Because it seems even if it says completed it may not have shipped.

                                Yeah I got my 'depatched' one yesterday morning, so you would have thought TNT would have it by now and be on their system.

                                I would send a ticket to ShopTo about it, if you preordered that long ago you should be in the first batch.
