Nintendo Wii U (Thread 2!)

The thing that worries me the most is that I get excited the most about the Nintendo franchises, but the franchises that I want to see again are nowhere to be seen.

This. Where are F-Zero, Wave Race, 1080, Advance Wars (my God, that could be amazing!!), Kirby, Metroid etc?!

I actually sold a fair few Wii Us this weekend but there is still that "is it just a Wii add-on" question floating around and Nintendo need to do something to address this.

I would LOVE to see another wave race.

Adored the original and the gamecube version, blue storm, was fantastic. Ah man... I need to play that again...

Aren't people like us who they're selling to ATM though? Surely it makes sense to please the hardcore for now as they're the ones buying them.

Also would love to see another Wave Race, even more than F-Zero (although I guess it needs to make a comeback more than ever now that Studio Liverpool have been canned).

Every version of Wave Race was brilliant. The Gameboy version was wicked.

LEGO GTA!

This and Pikmin 3 are the only games I've had pre-ordered since before launch. Great choice it seems, shame this releases the same day as MH3U
