Ill be getting the PS3 version, but why oh why do people that want to play the game on PC have to wait a month or more? also where the hell is the PS4/Xbone version?

I predict they will release a so called "next gen" version at Christmas that will have content not in the current/old gen or PC version so will all go out and buy it again, the cheeky buggers

From a logic point of view it makes no sense. The PC version is more than likely ready to do already. It's just marketing I would imagine, although PS3 and 360 both have their online thing set in stone. For Dark Souls on PC From used Games For Windows to get the multiplayer stuff going so maybe there's more work involved there. Anyway, the hacker free PS3 ecosystem is where I'll be playing. I welcome invasions too; can't wait to kick people off a bridge!

i may end up with both versions. i recon there will be a much bigger mod community this time on PC and surely there will be the inevitable discount on Steam a few months past release.

Will the PC version look like that section on the bridge from the trailer? That looked like next gen footage and a big step up from the rest of what was shown. 60fps as well?
