booted yay back on now im "number 60 in the queue, an agent will be with you as soon as possible. The average Wait time is 202 minutes" they shut at 5.30 too so i wont get through today if it takes 202 minutes lol

Game.co.uk canceled my order looks like i'm not the only one as the customer service line is jammed and so is the web chat 22nd in the queue now but a wait time of 422 minutes... ooof.

Why are people ringing up the place they ordered from? have I missed something?

Shopto have sent me several mixed messages which has lead to some confusion when I will actually receive my console. I'm just trying to get confirmation on when they are going to send it out. They are also going about the process of despatching consoles in a weird manner, they are confirming dispatch 3 days before the actual dispatch.

Their customer service is rubbish and I can't get a stright answer from them when filling out an online ticket. But it's impossible to get through when I call them, just on hold for ages.

And now their website seems to have collapsed. Probably becuase of all the people trying to get in touch with them.

The time in the queue actually always get higher with me the closer I get to the end.

I was told if theres a deposit then the console is yours, even if they cancel the order due to any sort of problems as long as you're on the phone by 12pm Thursday and make payment they can get it out to you for friday.

btw what number did you call? I can't find any numbers on their site. I did get a main HQ? one from HUKD that put me through to the payment team with no wait.

If i look on my order page it says they have charged my card and the status has changed to shipped so need to get through customer serivce to see if they have canceled my order or are processing it, not to worried yet but it would of been nice to just get an email saying my account had been charged though.

I've ordered the Amazon Gamer Pack today.

This is much better value than my console only launch day order.

Amazon have guaranteed me delivery before Christmas, so I think I might profiteer on my launch console and build myself a nicer bundle with the cash for Christmas. Someone locally offer me ?420 for it. I should take that right?

Got to number one and it Booted me as soon as it connected ARGHHHHH, logged back in and I'm 500 in the queue, screw this, not sure what to do now as they don't seem to have a number you can ring them to actually speak to anyone about your order. anyone know of one??? or is it just broken webchat for problems with online orders.

An incredibly selfish(but smart) guy at my work bought 3 day one xbox ones and sold them all online for around ?650 each. So by that logic you should be able to get a bit more than ?420 for a launch ps4. Not that I'm promoting such behaviour. Of Course PS4s might be easier to get hold of than xbox ones? I don't know.

Suppose depends how bad you wanna play the games available. ?420 is a good price, for just the machine I take it? Seems Amazon have heaps of stock coming judging by the American warehouse batch pic posted earlier in the thread. Guess that's how they can gurantee some before X-Mas.

I think I'll take it. Happy to take ?420 for it. I'm not a rich man, I save the pennies and act carefully with money, so this makes sense to me. If someone wants to pay that for it, then that's up to them I think.

Not bothered about launch, but would be gutted not to have one to play over Christmas. That's the only thing holding me back, whether Amazon will deliver on their guarantee. The mega bundle is much better value too considering I want the camera and Killzone (which I've got on pre-order from Currys for ?28.99 anyway).

Are Shopto charging ALL of their PS4 orders or just the ones who are guaranteed for day one (sorry Daryl)?
