Surely did. Sega did a whole bunch of add-ons long before the Super 32X.

Wasn't the Famicom disk system a softwear storage medium not a console booster like the mega cd or 32x.

Should it happen, as reports suggest it is via Gaikai next year, it's nice to have. Not sure most will use it much just as BC is rarely used by the masses but at least it's a nice perk. Will kill any rumours about X game getting ported to the system too. Such a service renders current-next gen ports pointless

But HD/60fps ports often make a nice profit, so I'm sure they'll continue.

They ok if the collection is popular enough but with even more incremental a difference to people between PS3 and 4 and potentially open access to the PS3 version there's little incentive to bother with most updates next gen.

Why is everyone seemingly obsessed with playing games they have played before, that they already own on a console they also already own but on a new machine?

Anyway...am actually delighted Driveclub is delayed...could not care less about it and now get Contrast for free!

I don't think anyone does, I think the point is people want BC to just have one Xbox/Playstation console under their TV and maybe be able to trade/sell the old one.

Remakes I'm personally behind because there can be a benefit to it. For example I could play Jet Set Radio Future thanks to BC on Xbox 360 but I've been holding out for a HD port/conversion with better graphics and achievements. Also Wind Waker HD has made me itch to play Okami. which I could if I got the Wii version for my Wii U, but I'd rather just chance it on the hope Capcom put out nice full Okami HD Wii U release (probably not going to happen) or that Okami HD shows up on XBL Games on Demand (I maintain hope that may happen, at least a Capcom exec said on their own forum there's no reason it couldn't appear one day)

Forget Killzone, AC, Destiny etc etc, the system-seller will obviously be the remake of Putty Squad!

Just swapped my ShopTo Killzone, WatchDogs & BF4 bundle @ ?493 to their Killzone & Knack bundle for ?445. I've then ordered BF4 seperately.

It works out the same price but I'm now not waiting to hear from them about WatchDogs.

The swap screen said that my place in the queue remains the same too as the previous pre-order was still the Killzone hard bundle.
