I thought Shopto were based in Bracknell? Im just outside Portsmouth so if thats the case then like you should in theory have little problems.

I got the updates last night... If anything messes up tomorrow and people are having difficulty getting the patches, I'll upload them to dropbox if they're still unavailable and PM anyone that needs it the link.

Just gave shopto a call as I had an issue with my PS4 order... asked him about DPD tracking (I don't have a number, but he reckons it'll still go out tonight because all day one edition orders are). To be honest based on my experience with them on the phone I don't know if I'll be using them again after the PS4 launch. He sounded like he couldn't care less about the fact that they'd charged me early without warning me, and when I said that I wanted to cancel AC4 from my PS4 order, he basically told me "Well you can't". I don't mind that as obviously they'll have a warehouse full of prepared boxes.

But he told me that I'd have to pay for the return... REALLY? I have to pay for their mistake after being a customer since near the time they started out? It's not about the money, it's the principal of it.. It's only a couple of quid likely, but considering how much I've spent with them over the years, I find this disgraceful.

Yeah, goodbye shopto. I will not be using you after I get my PS4.

They used to be a really nice small outfit and the service and prices used to be great but on both fronts they are rather poor nowdays. Plus its a bit of a bastard that they no longer offer any reward points for console purchases so no real incentive to buy hardware from them in the future. Hope you get your tracking number later.

Cheers mate, yeah they just feel faceless now. I used to get great service but now they're terrible. I'd rather use amazon in future, might buy myself a prime account. I order allsorts off amazon anyway, that way I'd get awesome delivery for everything I buy + cheaper games.

Edit: Found my dispatch notification with DPD tracking in my spam folder on Gmail's site, nowhere in the Mac Mail app though (even looked in spam). Strange. I don't know why they'd class that as spam, I've been getting dispatch notifications etc for years.

Just got a pleasant surprise... I got like ?300's worth of MS points for ?100 when they were doing the discount glitch before, thought i'd used them all. Found a text file with 17 of them still unused ?170's worth of points I didn't know I had. And I already had around ?85 on there to start with.

That's me set for a little while with Xbox One downloadable stuff!

Just had my email from Shopto to say Xbox One has been dispatched and i have just checked the tracking number and its now live on DPD's system. Now the wait begins, will it be an early delivery or the latest possible?

I'm optimistic given their past record with my deliveries, I'm glad it's not parcel farce or yodel...

Mine is on it's way to "Hebburn" which is my nearest depot apparently. Never heard of the place, but according to google maps it's 20 minutes away by car! Glad to know it's moving though

lol a good mate of mine just rung me. He's number 1 in the Xbox One queue at our local Tesco. They have 54 in stock and there's only 4 people in the queue. He keeps trying to tempt me to go back to the Xbox side.
