Got mine at midnight launch, despite my reservations that GAME would feck it up, it was all a simple operation and was out the doors by 12.15.

Live didn't totally fall over yet and I was set up and fully updated with 20 minutes.
I expect it will start to gradually melt over the next 24 hours.
