PS+ costs under three quid a month if you buy a 12 month sub sensibly. Hardly earth shattering and it works on a PS4 and Vita meaning five or six free games a month.

Indeed, shame prices aren't that as standard (talking about Sony and Nintendo too) would really give people the incentive to buy from the store rather than physical.

Digital pricing needs to be 25% less than physical (ie Amazon not RRP of ?54.99) to make a real dent in physical sales in my opinion.

Right so your whole argument hinges on the fact that currently there are no Games for Gold on the One? Even though quite possibly within a couple of months that won't be the case. And I will see your 'no games on the One' with my 'you don't need a gold sub after you have the games'.

So if you want to play all your lovely PS+ games regardless of the platform you will need to pay ?3 a month from now until you die basically. Whereas you don't need to keep your gold sub going.

You know what PS+ is actually pretty good, I would agree for the most part that is what they offer is better than GFG ... I never actually said GFG was better by the way if you look back at the posts.

As stated 'better' is subjective .. Some people think that records are better than CD's for example. It's subjective to the person you are talking to. But thanks for proving that.
