I'm not convinced anything will be quicker. Look at the 360 - installing games made it quieter and load times fractionally lower, but almost no change elsewhere. However, the answer will be provided by the interweb hivemind minutes after release, so just wait and see.
An advantage of SSD would certainly be the silenceIt's an external drive after all.

SSD will probably be a bit faster but until the update is in the wild it remains to be seen. USB3.0 certainly has the bandwidth.
As for powerstar golf, its a very good game and a nice clone of hotshots golf. It tracks all of you and your friends data so you can see how you stack up against them on every hole. All round it has a fair bit of polish and really that's about it. The only major negatives is there aren't too many courses but that seems like its being remedied with this DLC.
The second negative is no online play... Instead you can play against ghosts of friends. There is local multiplayer though.
I bought it for $15 around Xmas and felt it was good value for money.

Best thing about the free to play style is more people on my friends list have downloaded it and tried a round, so they are now available to play as rivals, it boosts the XP and rewards when you thrash them
I wonder if this is MS testing the water introducing games as a service for older titles, pay as you go games basically.
It's a good idea if a game has run it's course, break it down and try get people to buy into a part of it.

Originally posted by LebowskiNintendo did this with Tank Tank Tank! they gave away parts of multiplayer for free and asked you to buy the other bits in packs, if it results in more playing and they keep the option to just buy the full game then fair enough. Its definitely a test to see what they can get away with though, i couldn't care less about the game below but i still find practices like the one in the link below pretty abhorrent.
There's no option to buy the full game with Tank Tank Tank. And it's ?36 to buy everything which seems like a total rip off. I'm pretty sure the game wasn't even that much when it was being sold on a disc.
The idea that it's 'free to play' is a joke too. You can only play 3 games per day until you buy something (a game lasts a few minutes at most), and only one level and one mode of play is available. It actually has less content than a demo of a game usually would.
Not having a go at you, just that game really pissed me off with its 'F2P' BS.

Sounds like you'd be better off playing the full arcade cab 36 times...

Buy two Xbox One games, get one free. *If you are in the US*. Otherwise you'll have to spend around ?160 rather than the ?36.

When its finally updated I may get chance to play it
Games for Gold starts next month on xbox one, so if you have Xbox Live Gold you will get Halo Spartan Assault and Max Curse of Brotherhood for free, as long as you sub. Max is great, halo is average at best.
You got any games to get you going?
