You should have a seperate email containing the tracking number. I have to say i cant see it anywhere on my account page. Maybe give them a call because i had mind emailed last Friday.

My email from them was last week saying shipping notice. Contained my order number, items and tracking number.

Nope nothing like that. I just got an order receipt and it says "completed" in my account. No shipping notice or anything. Bloke on the phone said if I've got a day one order that it will definitely ship out today.

Did you guys order games with it? I've got the Forza pack, Dead rising 3, ryse and AC4. Could be that the extra games are making them take longer? If you have games ordered with it then I've got no clue.

It's frustrating though.

I didnt order any games with it at all, just the console, wanted to shop around for games and buy them in person on the High Street. If you pre-orderd the whole thing as one package then surely it would have just the one tracking number for the whole package? Doesnt sound like they have a clue.

Yeah I ordered mine separate too. There's another instance of poor customer service... I asked them in a ticket around a month ago if they'd be bundling the games into the same box so that I got everything at the same time. "No, they will all be sent separately".

Yet I'm sure when I got my Vita that Lumines was in the box with it. And magically now so are these.

Edit: I had checked my spam folder in the Mail app on my mac, and there was nothing there. Just checked on the Gmail website, and it was in the spam folder :S

So I have my DPD tracking number!
