I honestly think that's what it is QualityChimp.

Konami's 'PES Team' as they call themselves are nothing but medicore. I have images of one guy doing it on his tea break.

They sent me totally blank emails in response and even referred to my PES 2013 ban (as well as linking me to PES 2013 code of practice, when the 2014 is right there.).

As I say, it's mediocre.

I asked multiple times for more evidence, which they completely ignored. Presumably because there wasn't any more evidence.

I think Shakey_Jake33 kind of hit the nail on the head in regards to pursuing it.

Do you think if it comes out on the PS4 next year these same 'systems' will be in place? Or will it be better through the PS4 infrastructure? As QualityChimp hinted at, the PC version seems like it's totally Komani...and if a court did exist, it's certainly of the Kangeroo variety.

I mean, really, I should just listen to rmoxon to nakamura and play FIFA.

It's not like Konami have got some PES court system going that reviews complaints and debates them in a little PES court of justice in front of a jury.

It's probably some automated system that sees a load of ban requests then acts upon them.

That would be understandable but not the reaction of the customer service team. I would take option 1 (Repeat my request for further, unequivocal evidence of my wrong doing) to start with as it will cost you nothing. What you do after than depends on whether you are willing to risk any money on it. S3M's suggestion seems the best to me otherwise

Definitely start bothering their social media accounts and get your mates to do it as well if you can. It's ridiculous that you should be unfairly banned when you're a longtime fan What a **** up by Konami. I'd also suggest emailing a senior marketing person at Konami UK and raising the issue with them, saying how you've been a fan for years and you'll be buying FIFA instead from now on, can't believe how Konami treat their fans etc. Be sure to mention how poor their customer service has been as well.

Frankly you're due some kind of compensation. Like a voucher for a copy of next year's game and a t-shirt or something.

Companies need to retain diehard fans like you not baselessly ban them and then ignore them.

That's the thing davesol, I have already asked them multiple times and it goes ignored. Simply directing me to their terms and conditions. It is obvious why they are ignoring such a request, because no evidence exists! They will blank me until I do something about it.

Just another side to look at...

What is your internet connection actually like? Have you done any tests with it? Running wireless or anything?

You may be claiming innocence but maybe on the other side you are actually lagging for these guys. I play a lot of people online at SFIV and I run into alsorts of differing connections...And I don't know if it;s always the same on boths sides.

I do imagine they're sour grapes involved as well, which is scary as in the (hundreds and hundreds) of hours I've played online I've never once thought of filing a complaint about 'cheating' because of lag. I would always just avoid playing someone if the connection is dodgy.

Well I hope you're paying someone ?40 a year to slightly change the mushrooms and turtles once a year (only ever so slightly though or you wouldn't like it). Otherwise you're ripping off some poor multinational corporation. You'd be getting the biggest bargain ever as it was.

I bet this 'system' they have relies purely on being reported by other players and people online are very competitive and often sore losers.
