The email I sent to Konami's main European support came back 2 days later as undeliverable.

Nightmare sorry to hear about this. Never understood why people get punished for losing connection in PES if it's genuine, and people don't always disconnect on purpose there can be any number of reasons. Plus reports is weird. Obviously people will report you if they are jealous because you were the best or 2nd best in the world can't see how Konami can't see that really. Hope they reinstate you as you sound really good at PES 2014 and just want to enjoy it online.

Yeah, JU, the ban was only a temporary one for a period of 1 month.

It is finished now, but I won't go back to the game I loved. They've completely sucked the enjoyment out of it for me, along with the fear I will be banned again through no fault of my own.

Nearly 20 years of ISS/PES love down the toilet due to their incompetence.

If anyone can help out with anymore Konami email addresses that would be great?

same thing happened to me yesterday:

i'm furious as in the last 20 matches , everytime I had a lead of 2-3 goals my adversaries would pause the game and few seconds after it would disconnect. many times saying it's my fault.
so they support cheaters. they have robbed me of any joy I had left in me playing the game.
is it the same message you got too? only last for 1 month?

The poor treatment that others in this thread have received would suggest that it might not be temporary, unfortunately.

It's absurd that there's no process for appeal with a product you have paid for.

Yes, this is the same message I received.

My ban was 1 month.

But that doesn't mean your ban will be... Konami are obviously so retarded that they just have 1 standard message to cover everything.

This really is a joke from them...

I say this as someone who has been playing ISS/PES religiously since the SNES...do yourself a favour and go buy FIFA instead. FIFA 2014 is more like traditional PES than PES2014.

Screw Konami, don't give them your money again. I know I won't be for PES...or any other of their games.
