This is what I sent to every email address I could find at Konami, but didn't get one response, and even got message undeliverable from the official support email;
Dear PES Team,
I was recently banned for a month due to ‘user reports’ of me worsening my connection to win games.
This was completely untrue, and I suggest such user reports were vindictive and certainly erroneous in nature.
Based on advice I have received from relevant authorities, there are a few points I would like to raise:
Now that my unjust ban is nearing its end, I am still left feeling worried and frustrated as to what the future holds, and the events that have taken place. Having been an ISS/PES player for over 20 years, and a staunch supporter of the series, it is particularly hurtful that my concerns have not been properly handled, and indeed that such measure was taken against me in the first place. I cannot stress enough my innocence in such issues and urge the PES Team to act responsibly and carefully in the future to avoid any further mishaps.
Based on the advice mentioned above, 3 options have been suggested to me as to resolve the situation, to be completed amicably, via a mediation service or through legal avenues:
As a long term fan, PES has permeated by entire life, and I wouldn’t want to completely leave a series I have loved so much. But, I fear there is no choice, and your actions have resulted in the complete alienation of a loyal and honest member of your customer base.

- These reports were completely untrue. I asked you multiple times for more evidence other than said reports, and I was ignored each time. I put it to you that no further evidence exists, as I am certain a complete miscarriage of justice has taken place.
- Therefore, features advertised to me before purchase of the game have been taken away without due explanation.
- You are in breach of your own conditions as service, as linked to me by yourselves in a help ticket. If any cheating was taking place (which it was not); I should have been warned first, then suspended for a shorter period of time if cheating was continuing, and then, if cheating continued...suspended for the time period that I received.
- Your terms and conditions are worthless if they are unfair, misrepresentative or enforced without due care.
- Requests on how to avoid such measures in the future were ignored.

- Repeat my request for further, unequivocal evidence of my wrong doing.
- Seek financial compensation for my lost month.
- Seek a full refund of the product, accompanied by closure of my account and return of the product.
