That is super cheap for Splatoon. I'm going to hold out for the version with the squid Amiibo though, as I'm not really interested in owning the other two characters. Probably end up paying over the odds compared to that ?23 copy, but hey ho! Only way to get the squid unless you buy the triple pack of Splatoon Amiibos.

Good tip! I've gone and picked up Kirby and the Rainbow Curse for ?24.95 with that offer since my Amazon pre-order is at ?32.95.

I'm not really sold on Splatoon though, that price just pins it as a budget release (like Captain Toad and the new Kirby) which concerns me. It'd take seeing the Amiibo bundle sub-?30 to pique my curiosity and pick that up.

EDIT: What do we think of this boxart? I can't tell if it's fun/adorable or just a straight-up abomination...

Am I the only one massively disappointed by SMTxFE? I was kinda pumped at the idea, but then school idols popped up. Urgh. Most probably the game will be great but...urgh, school idols? On the other hand, the new FE looks great.

How does that differ from the rest of the games you buy? I'm no aficionado so the differences elude me.

Love that. Makes such a change from generic marine with generic grimmace on generic face. Colours!!!

I'm leaning towards abomination myself. It kinda works...but not quite. I also think the box art for the new Kirby's Magic Paintbrush game left something to be desired.
