Very cool! Xbox pad worked flawlessly. Will try PS5 pad later as the gyro works too!!
This is freaky... I was just looking at these on Amazon. Are they good then?

I'm very impressed. The only thing the pad won't do is wake the console from sleep. You also have to train your brain to remember that A/B & X/Y are switch on the pads.

You can switch those in the settings menu on the switch though can't you?

I've ordered one anyway along with a case and grip. Used MS rewards for £40 of it

Holy ****!! I had no idea you could change the button order!!!

          I'll be sorting that later.

On switch I’m already at 350+ without hardly trying, and no shovelware in there to make up the number like some I see on Twitter buying everything & anything hoping it’s gonna be rare. There’s literally something for anyone in the switch library it’s nearly overtaken DS as my fave handheld.

There is no way in hell you have 350+ switch games and no shovelware. 50 would be a massive push to get of high quality.

It’s doable. There are tons of third-party releases as well as all of the multi-plat indie darling stuff.

I could probably effortlessly list 50 first-party titles that sit at 7/10 or above.

We are unable to add the specific item to the basket as it is temporarily out of stock.

Dang, won't let me add to basket! Will keep trying, thank you!

Gah, sorry dude, I clocked it but didn't try to add it. I suspect a few came up and got hoovered up.

I'm mixed on the Switch as it heads toward its end. Overall it's good in a catch all way, if I subtract the WiiU rerelease portion in the same way I wouldn't consider PS3 rereleases on PS4 a notable part of its catalogue then the Switch loses an awful lot a its swagger. I don't know where I ultimately land on Switch. I would rank it well above many handhelds but against console libraries... much less so. Hmm... it's incredibly subjective for sure, there's much I've enjoyed but I can't think of a single game I think the Switch has delivered that is peak Nintendo to me (that isn't actually a WiiU game).

I think with the Switch it's always been much more about the convenience of the form factor and it having enough, broadly regular releases to keep itself in use. I definitely couldn't think of hundreds of games worth owning on it, if I could I'd 100% get a Deck instead as sinking that much money into Nintendo's online systems is something I couldn't ever do.
