Not sure if this is the place for it but how do other switch users feel about the Tears of the Kingdom Zelda first play thread? Isn't their a rule about not starting first play threads using pirated versions of software? id ask also how is someone playing it via emulation a representation of how the game will play on the switch.

Haven't we always had quite a strict anti-piracy stance on the forum?

I’m not going anywhere near that. I don’t want to know anything about the game. Why on Earth anyone would want to spoil the game like that for themselves a week or so before release is beyond me entirely.

There is no way in hell you have 350+ switch games and no shovelware. 50 would be a massive push to get of high quality.

There's well over 4000 switch games released it's pretty easy to find a huge amount of games to play without buying up crap like barbie & cocomelon or tit mahjong pack 6. If you would struggle to find even 50 games that sounds like a "you" problem. I'm neither lying or going to spend the evening typing out the entire list of games i own to prove a point i have nothing to prove all my purchases are clearly posted in the pickups thread & the import pickups thread.

Only a fraction of my switch games are nintendo 1st party stuff, the rest is indie and low print stuff as the switch has an obscene amount of indie games as that is a system they thrive on compared to next gen. Games release almost weekly which is why i haven't bothered with next gen as the switch has provided me with everything i want.

Guy's a deep cut expert man.

Importaku, what are a few of your top hidden gems pls?

Tsuri spirits/Ace angler is a constant fave here even mum has had a blast playing although that and obake shatekiya shooting game now happily have western releases no longer just jpn obscure games. Other stuff i really enjoyed that doesn't get much attention.

Time loader- a really nice puzzle based platformer as you time travel to change history by piloting a rc car to undo the damage you caused by accident, wish this one was granted a physical release
What the golf- a game that has trolled me more times than i care to admit while i laugh my ass off it's really silly but it's fun to play.
Pool panic- another totally bat**** crazy game where you play pool with sentient balls nothing is as it seems. The rules of pool are stretched to almost the limit with the amount of weird stuff that goes on.

amazon japan is full of switch boob games, mostly as visual novels but there's other lewd shovel stuff. Solitair with tits the usual type of games with boobs tacked on to make people buy.

I thought we had this a fair few years back and all decided that no first plays on big new games based off pirate/emu etc.
