lol you'd have to dig through boxes as 90% of it is still boxed up from moving i only have the essentials out but you are correct. Pretty much most of my gaming stuff could easily pass for new the joys of OCD caring for it has kept it pristine

you’d think nintendo would be able to source decent condition boxed consoles and games, dog eared donkey kong boxes and tatty NES boxes in glass cases is not what you expect to see in a museum.
the lego vault in billund has a library bunker type situation with multiple copies of every set they have ever created mint in box.

in contrast the dog eared and shelf worn boxes on show in the direct that are in worse condition than my own are particularly sad.

What has the Nintendo Museum got to do with Switch 2?

Switch 2 being backwards compatible is one of the most exciting things about it. Not because it's something I use much, but because it assures less of a reliance on rereleases. The Switch was able to do it because of the scale of failure the WiiU had been but with so much of that system and the Switch's libraries being available it will force more reliance on new or remade titles. DKC Returns has had enough releases

Always to be taken with a mountain of salt, this is currently doing the rounds:

                Switch successor is named Switch 2 : r/GamingLeaksAndRumours (reddit.com)

-The new system will officially be called Nintendo Switch 2
-Mass production has begun, x1000 units per day per worker
-Slightly larger in size than Switch 1
                -Black and White Joy-Con colouring
-Logo is slightly larget with the 2 on the side

                    繼索尼推出新款家用遊戲機PS5 Pro後,近期市場傳出,任天堂也不甘示弱,即將提前在今年底前推出新機Switch 2,藉...

                    And another one:

-Concurs that the console is slightly larger than Switch 1
-Says it will have a dual screen design
-Longer battery life than Switch 1
                    -$100 more than Switch 1

Notable because it starts to feel like spin is being added to the earlier rumour and we're getting further from reality

Totally mess with a successful blueprint by introducing a gimmick that absolutely nobody asked for or wanted?

                            It would be Nintendo AF.

                                1) Am I missing something? Are we still in 2008? Are Nintendo secretly still making and selling DS/DSi/3DS hardware??

                                2) How did the Gamepad work out for the WiiU? That sold a lot of units, ri....oh, wait.

3)Please show me where anybody anywhere is asking for the Switch follow up to have two screens. I'll wait.
