Well its either not selling that fast or Ninty have upped the availability. Argos have only just gone OOS of the Mario bundle but the base model is still available for day of release.

The fact that electronic component prices have gone up explains the price, but doesn't really contribute to S2's value proposition for a prospective customer.
PS5 slim with a disk drive & Astro Bot is £429 delivered on amazon, so year, the Switch2 is priced high really when compared to other consoles, and you get a lot more for your money with a PS5/SeriesX, so well see how it goes sales wise.

Nintendo have apparently confirmed the sticks on the Switch 2 are not Hall Effect.

I'm still of the idea that the next generation (Switch 3, PS6, X Box whatever) will be the last where we have the option of going physical. Sony and MS already offer digital-only consoles, and I think Nintendo will be the last one out because they make good money in licencing cart production.

There has not been a "Nintendo Selects" cut-price software range since the 3DS/WiiU era.

I somehow doubt Nintendo are going to look to change that, lol.
