Well its either not selling that fast or Ninty have upped the availability. Argos have only just gone OOS of the Mario bundle but the base model is still available for day of release.

The fact that electronic component prices have gone up explains the price, but doesn't really contribute to S2's value proposition for a prospective customer.

There has not been a "Nintendo Selects" cut-price software range since the 3DS/WiiU era.
I somehow doubt Nintendo are going to look to change that, lol.
