Mixtape fills me with so much cringe, i love it. Top it of with the mixtape being a burnt cd-r, just call it something else ... if anything plenty of people still used Walkman's well into the late 90's, stinks of people that never experienced the 90's as a teenager/Adult like those idiots that made Yiik.

The cars and the skateboards are all 80s-90s in style too, so I'm guessing he's a time traveller or the game is just badly researched.
You'd think that would be the most basic of homework.

Pure bullshot, I'm sure they could get the finished game to look like their rendered video, but I doubt we will see any actual gameplay footage of it till late 2025.

Former Xbox VP Mike Ybarra says that releasing Xbox games on other platforms is unavoidable as keeping them on Xbox is unsustainable given the size of Microsoft Game Studios now. He also says that he would expect an Xbox handheld to be something that would sell in low volumes and that based on Xbox's current trajectory his approach would be to completely stop releasing Xbox consoles moving forward and instead just embrace third party and support of other company devices such as the pre-existing handhelds on the market.
Gears of War franchise director Nicole Fawcette has stated that The Coalition has focused on fan views of the core elements of the franchise, these are said to be brutality, a melancholic tone, over the top action and co-op. Gears of War: E-Day will be set in the city of Kolona and will be entirely linear, not embracing the shift to more open world elements.

And a handheld that will sell a few hundred units, yep definitely need that.

The good news is we should see more of it now so hopefully some true gameplay hands on isn't a million miles away.

Oh well.

Oh well.

Come on Nonny It's easy to see that it is a heavily scripted set piece, theirs no way you could play the bits it shows as it's all far too smooth and seamless with very little in the way of guidance on where you should be going in the parkour bit.
Devs regularly mislead us with these "in Engine" slices Sony did it with No Mans Sky, and Bioware did it most famously with Anthem, Their first "in engine trailer" showing all sorts of stuff that never made it into the final game, During the fallout that followed ex Bioware staff admitted that the game hadn't actually been built or even started on when its first trailer landed.
