Almost all Nintendo & Sony customers, this is an official statistic that can’t actually be verified but is most likely 100% true and accurate.

Yet another reason i'm glad i moved away from microsoft consoles, the 360 was bad enough with the regular shuffling of system menus with the last one been the game tile that was usually the biggest one showing what game was in the drive was shrunk and the largest tile was a crappy ad tile taking over a good chunk of the screen.

Say what you want about nintendo but least the switch menu is streamlined & snappy with not a single ad been shoved in your face, give ms time before you know it you'll be getting those splash screens popping up while you are playing a game.

LOL damn, you know what after all these years playing switch i never really thought about those . I know the screen you mean when you boot it up from sleep and you continue into the dash. Yeah there's a list of tiles from the news channel section, well the fact i have totally missed them even though i see them every damn time i guess they don't work lol.

Meanwhile switch menu/ui lacks any customisation, it took them years to add folders/groups (which still don't work how most people would like them to). The 3DS had better sorting options, customisation and even themes.

Why does the bloody eshop reset the second you press the home button?!

At least they finally added support for Bluetooth headphones FIVE years after the console released.

But it does have customisation you can chooses from a whole 2 count them colour schemes lol, miss the days of the 3DS schemes.

The advert stuff is Microsoft in general. Windows has ads everywhere now. I now.only have windows on my gaming pc. That machine only launches games, no other function, but everything else runs something based on Linux. It's disgusting to have adverts in an operating system. Most people just don't care though so I get why they do it

Even Mac has significantly dropped in user % vs Windows, Linux isn’t even in the % chart is it? There’s just zero alternatives to take windows on, even if you have a really good OS, you have to have the financial clout to get it to market and get other software onboard with compatibility.

At this point Windows monopoly is cemented permanently it seems.

So Halo is seeing a surge in player numbers and getting a bit of a resurgence so 343 decided now would be a good time to hike the store prices, way to go on slowing the momentum and good will generated with a decent update, somebody really needs to remove the idiots from the wheel.
