I'd reckon that's very likely the price point

Kinda dampens my excitement. They'd clean up with a price of 29.99 - 34.99

Someone has found references to Oblivion remake on the Bethesda website...

Your enthusiam is dampened on a game that hasn't been announced officially let alone given a price based on a Reddit rumour?

Personally I'd wait and see where things are when it's official. I'll be happy to lose all the bloom.

I'm hoping that they've made more than cosmetic changes, I'm not sure at which point Oblivion lost me but the gates felt repetitive with the rest of the world not grabbing me close to as much as Skyrims did

Absolutely. This game has 69.99 written allover it. I'd say we're past 'rumour mill' for this now. Sorry for not being a bit more optimistic in this current climate, kind sir.

It'll be £39.99, exactly the same as the Red Dead Redemption remake was, including the DLCs.

I'll be ready to claim another £5.

                      This is finally official

Bethesda are holding an online event at 4pm BST tomorrow to reveal the game. The rumour is that they will release the game for all platforms immediately following the event.

Really hope it's true, but I'm looking forward to it regardless. This is the first """"new"""" release I have been keen to play in ages. I loved Oblivion so much at the time. ****, I can't believe it's been 20 years 🥲

Need something familiar and comforting rn from gaming and this will fit the bill perfectly.

Out now on Game Pass, Xbox, PS5 and Steam. I believe it's £50 for standard game and £60 for Deluxe Edition.

I will pick up on Game Pass and play on my humble Series S.

It's available now on Game Pass and Steam - £50, so didn't end up full price and includes all the DLCs (Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine) and it's UE5 so looks pretty nice - it's a 119GB install on PC. Downloading now.

Deluxe edition doesn't look worth getting, so I wouldn't waste the extra cash.

Looks great. £50 is more or less full price. I bought Fatal Fury today for £50.

And, to be fair, it looks like they've put the effort in to warrant that price.

Starfield standard edition is £70 and deluxe is £99 - so it's not a full price Bethesda game - it does look like they've done a lot more than AI upscale the graphics, so I'd agree it's a fair price for a remaster at this level.

And on CDKeys you can get it for £38 at the mo: https://www.cdkeys.com/the-elder-scr...tered-pc-steam
