I've only been TT'ing also, such a good game, the framerate is always gonna plummet on the starting grid, (unless you reduce grid to about 16 cars), people with latest CPU's and 6800GT's have moaned about the same, just one of those things unfortuantely.

Me and steering wheels just don't get on but a decent PC pad with analogue control sticks certainly helps the "feel"

A free Oval Track package add on has been confirmed

I showed this game to my Dad last night. He said it's the best thing I've ever bought and will go halves with me on a wheel and that IR detector wotsit if I like...

      Excellent.

What Omega drivers are they? I've got a 9800 pro and the frame rate is a little shocking at times. The game crashes on the loading stage for race 2 of the championship aswell. Anyone found this? It's putting me off playing it at the mo. I've tried re-starting and it still crashes.

It's a great game apart from that.

They're opimised for gaming, so tend to be a bit faster. Some people have noticed a bit of a drop in IQ, but they're anal, and you'll never notice.
